Types of Information We Collect:
We collect information if you voluntarily provide it to us. In addition, you may submit information online through surveys, forms, portals, or other interactive activities on our website including details about transactions that you carry out through our website. It is always your choice whether or not to provide personal data. Do not provide personal data unless you are authorized to do so.
The Compliant Trucking app collects location data in the background to enable the Location feature so that administration staff will be able to see the employee’s location as they drive during a work shift even when the app is closed. If the employee does not select a vehicle in the mobile app, the Location feature will not be turned on. When the employee has selected a vehicle and goes Off Duty at the end of a work shift, the Location feature is turned off.
